Question that I couldn't answer on google, so I thought I'd try the next best thing.

While watching a recent match on TV from O'Connor Park, I noticed that the Arden Road end seemed unfinished or never started. Am I correct in saying that the redevelopment of OCP was a phased project and that developing that end was one of the final phases of development? If so, does anyone have any details on what the plans were and whatever happened to the plan?
I imagine that financial issues or a focus on the Faithful Fields halted further progress, which is understandable, but I am curious to see what was originally intended. Thanks.

I think it was possibly some sort of hybrid terrace/seating combo.

The seating behind the goals at the far end wasn’t really needed and I’ve often wondered what was the point.
