Who would we like in the draw folks?
Considering we cant get any of the Leinster Semi-Finalists from 2016 in the football draw Id like a crack
at Laois. Anyone but Longford would be nice anyways.
As for the hurling, a q-final vs the round robin runner up would be nice and a semi-final vs Wexford would nearly be the ideal draw.

Getting Dublin, Galway or Wexford in the hurling draw (as opposed to a round robin team) would guarantee avoiding the round robin in 2018. I'd be happy with that. The round robin fecks up club fixtures

Regarding the club championship in 2017 I saw an email today saying there will be two rounds of club hurling championship in April/May next year if the present club structure is retained.

Found Robin team in quarter final and a win there would see us play Dublin or Galway in semi final. Tough draw to get to

Offaly v Westmeath in Tullamore in the football will be tasty after the events in Mullingar this year. The Offaly players should be psyched off their heads for this!! And a semi vs the Dubs awaits!!

I presume Offaly v Westmeath in the fupple will be in Tellamore in keeping with the ongoing home and away arrangement between the counties.

I thought there was a mention of that last night by Joe Brolly . If Pat Flanagan was not ratified at the Co. Board meeting, it would have made the news. If true it would be like Oscar Wilde!
