Quick question regarding Ferbane vs Rynagh's at the weekend.

I forgot about it when doing up thee tipsters or else I might have made Ferbane favourites, but am I right in saying that Ger Rafferty will be suspended for this? I would assume that since he got a straight red the last day against Tubber he'll still have to miss one match in the same competition, that being this Sunday.
Aidan Keenaghan's injury levelled up the game a bit in my head, but if I'm correct in this then I'd guess that would throw the advantage back Ferbane's way a bit.
