Ha ha where you seeing this stuff, no harm to sicken them , put them back behind us in the pecking order , our seniors will be coming for them next and these men will be big part of that! Ref was awful all round but the first 20 minutes was crucial, we managed them well against the wind and while there was only a goal in it at the end, and we had to dig deep, for me it never really looked in doubt once we took charge. Super stuff.

Super evening. The winning of the game was the power play in the second quarter. To go in ahead into the wind set up the victory, and while Dublin got a late goal Offaly had enough done at that stage.

+1 on the PA system. If a stadium has a capability for 20k it needs to be audible for a crowd of that size. It was a joke 2 years ago at the minor final and the same tonight. No one on the terraces could hear that 3 additional minutes were to be played, Maybe if they had then the kids may not have all ran on early.

Offaly will still be a good bit off the Dublin senior team. Remember offaly have one team coming through , an exceptional team at that but one team at the same time. Not all these players will go on to be senior hurlers. You need multiple teams going through to have a real impact.
