Gaway outta dat.

Tipp lucky to beat Clare.

Should be a huge crowd at it, probably Gaelic grounds or portlaoise.

25k at it, every man woman and child should make an effort to attend the game.

Portlaoise, Limerick & Nowlan Park in the running according to Kevin Corrigan’s article today.

Capacities of 22,000, 44,000 and 27,000 respectively.

My preference would be Nowlan Park as anyone who wants to go would get a ticket and you’d have a fantastic atmosphere.

If Portlaoise you run the risk of people missing out (unlikely) and if Limerick 20,000 ish crowd would only leave it half full thus a diluted atmosphere and match day experience.

This is my theory, tickets for Kilkenny vs Clare go on sale tomorrow, if they expect a crowd of 50-60k then double it up. Tickets will then be 50-60 euro so an extra 700-800k revenue by having the double header and eliminates the guards hassle of having it in a separate venue.

Ticket sales start at midday so they would have a good indication by afternoon/ evening.

If that’s the case surely we should know before midday (that’s when tickets go on sale) to give us the same opportunity to buy tickets as supporters from Clare and Kilkenny. Be a sickener for us if we were all landed in the Canal End because Clare and KK got a 5 hour head start on us for their tickets.

- Portlaoise is tight on capacity and the ground didn't cope well with the Leinster final
- Nowlan Park, ideal venue but if Kilkenny are playing Croke Park that day, stewards will be in short supply
- Limerick may be favourite

Well done to the lads on Friday night.

Lot of work to be done to win the All Ireland as full on man marking most likely be done on Dan in final.
We need to be able to get more ball to Screeney or Daniel Hand who was very good when came on. Too much wreckless ball hit from out the field.

But a great work rate and we have every chance to get over the line with a bit of tweaking in relation to our forward play.

All the talk was of Croker before Clare, KK semi.

And would ask the lad on here to refrain from referring to Clare as "Klare", reads a little bit petty to be honest.

Nowlan Park looks to be the front-runner as the venue for the All-Ireland Minor Hurling final between Tipperary and Offaly.
Could be put back 24 hours to Sunday 3rd July, so Kilkenny officials can be present to steward with as their senior semi-final is on the Saturday evening.

The bad ground set up and poor organisation at the Leinster final seems to have cost MW Hire O'Moore Park here.

To be fair, it's not exactly ideal for this Roscommon resident, but Nowlan Park should really be the venue, it's ideal for a game like this. The capacity in OMP would be stretched to the limit, and as BnaM man mentioned, they didn't cover themselves in glory the night of the Leinster final. The surface in Nowlan Park is pristine, it's geographically fair enough - maybe a bit handier for a good chunk of Tipperary, but still a lot more neutral than the Gaelic Grounds, which is where Tipp played their last two games.

Nothing wrong with moving it to the Sunday either. That's a much better day for a lot of people to travel, and usually leads to a bigger crowd as well.

The wedding stays on the 2nd - it was the divorce that was moved to the 3rd 😂😂
