if Joe Dooley does go the man i would go for is Micheal Walsh the kilkenny under 21 manger for the last few years
they say in kilkenny if cody steps down he will be the man to step up to take his place.

but offaly should go and get him now he could be the new Dermot Healy for offaly hurling.

Joe Dooley has probably done just about enough to be given another year at it and see if the promise hinted at this year can be built on.
But I would like to see him take a lead from the likes of Peter Fitzpatrick and not be afraid to bring in some expertise who could bring something extra to the team.
