Yes, top 2 teams from each tier 2 group go through. Our game vs Westmeath decides who goes through in 1st/2nd place.

Should we change the format for that aswell?

Hammerings are unfortunately part and parcel of the game and there is no perfect format that will eliminate them

Not sure, but wicklow have been on the receiving end of big defeats in nearly all their matches which is different from wexford losing one game by a large margin.

what would wexford beat wicklow bye another 22 points my point is the likes of wicklow getting hammer by 20 plus points do for hurling in wicklow or interest for young lads thats my point nothing about kilkenny beating wexford as wexford will always be strong at hurling .

So which teams should be allowed play each other?
Offaly are in the tier 2 group because they are weak at this age.

Casual bystanders may have said at the start Offaly shouldn’t be playing Meath or Wicklow as they would hammer them both. And yet Meath were seconds away from a famous victory over us.

Meath are handy enough and have teams coming along after this current meath minor team. Their senior operate at a reasonable level too winning christy ring a few times and playing joe mcdonagh. They'll be good enough next year to be competitive. Wicklow on the other hand have had 3years of big defeats. Very hard to retain players or interest when you taking huge bateing s every year.

Lost 2-17 to 4-15 to westmeath this morning.

Disappointing result could of won it harder draw now against a decent laois side.
Hopefully we can cause an upset as this group have improved but have their limitations.
