Aim to get there around 7 Tox. If you have anyone else in the car with you, tell them to bring their boots too. There should be plenty of hurls there for you to use and we'll get you a few sambos after the match. Thanks.

Big result for the Wexicans tonight, a 10 point win over the cats. I think that means we play them in Wexford Park in 3 weeks time.
Whatever happens we have gotten further than Kilkenny in this competition!!!

Offaly (U21HC v Wexford):
Kevin O'Connor;
Niall Wynne, Dan Kelleher, Stephen Connolly;
Simon Og Lyons, Conor Doughan; Sean Gardiner;
Con Mahon, Joe O'Connor;
Emmet Nolan, Peter Geraghty, Jason Sampson;
Thomas Geraghty, Sean Dolan, Colm Mulrooney.

I like this team, They will give Wexford a good game.

Anyone know who the subs are.
It should be a great battle down the middle of the park.

Wexford team that played Kilkenny was.

Oliver O'Leary
Garrett Foley , Liam Ryan, Eoin Conroy;
Andrew Kenny , Shane O'Gorman, Jack O'Connor;
Aidan Nolan, Conor Devitt;
Jack Guiney, Padraig Doyle , Kevin Foley;

Best of luck to the U21s tonight. It would be a big boost to the seniors if there was a good performance tonight. Have we any chance given the preparations?

In a way Offaly wouldn't be without hope here. Three years ago Offaly Minors played Wexford in Wexford Park and were beaten something like 3-13 to 3-10, and Offaly generally perform better at U21 grade than at Minor level. And being at home, the pressure is entirely on Wexford. Simply put, they absolutely have to win, and will probably be expected to put on a show too.

I like the look of Offaly's team too, especially the defence. Gardiner should do alright on Guiney. There's no-one really playing out of position in defence, midfield seems fine, and while I'd prefer to have a more prolific point scorer in attack, the forwards will likely rotate bit anyway. Above all, all the Offaly team hurl Senior for their clubs and most are established Senior club hurlers. That's a good bit to be going on.

If Offaly can keep the locals score-for-score during he first quarter and not be blown away during that time, then anything becomes possible,
