Any truth in rumour that Declan Kelly is maneuvering his way back in to be minor football manager next year? Lots of questions to be asked if it is true but couple of people have suggested it could be happening in last fortnight or at least someone may be trying..........

I certainly do not. This has been mentioned to me by three people in last fortnight - maybe it is an untrue rumour. I just asked a question regarding its validity. To best of my knowledge, this is a forum for discussion of Offaly GAA issues and if a recent senior manager, who was removed by senior players, is put back in as a minor manager within weeks of removal from seniors, it certainly would be a story of interest to most Offaly football people.
