Yes there was a goal late and few points was really impressed with KK. CRCC were always 5/6 behind throughout the game that went to 10 at one stage.

Who won the minor championship final in 2023?

To the best of my recollection it was SBK but I’m not entirely sure.

Pat Donegan. Signed out of respect for players and all involved with Offaly.

Fantastic knowledge of the age grade results POTH.

Thank you very much.

If K/K come on and win this one (either 6 or 7 in a row?) it’s practically game over in the medium term for club hurling.

KK 3-21
DSK 1-13

A big win for Kk as they march into another final. Remarkable run for them at this level.
St Rynaghs vs SBK is hard to call but I’m going for Rynaghs to win and to beat Kk in the final to end that run 😉

This championship is so difficult for amalgamations. SBK is obviously combined of Shinrone and Ballyskenagh/Killavilla, some of these lads might meet up for a training 2 days before a game, but obviously their priorities are on B/K winning a Junior A and Shinrone getting into the quarter finals of the Senior. Whereas the majority of the KK lads would be part of their senior training panel and have been training all year. Even some of the lads in the last year of minor will be part of some form of adult club training.

I watch shinrone alot i agree about the walkover situation in offaly this summer has been ridiculous.
That is some that has to be addressed
The big issue that has occurred over the split session is people go on holiday in July and August have weddings ect
And more short breaks are being taken.
I think the gaa
needs the discussion in the UK non league football teams at tier 8/10.
Who play alot more games can still have the season mapped out properly with fixed dates that's it you don't play or your thrown out ...
A tier ten team is 6 leagues below the football league so would be a size of small Parrish probably getting less than a 100 people watching it.
