There is no justification for giving a walkover in a senior championship. Period.

Knockout this weekend. what way do we all see them going?
First up: KK VS Ballinamere. Could have the potential to be a cracking game. A lot of talk over what way this will go with Ballinamere duels opting to not line out for Durrow last week. Seems to be turmoil in the two clubs will this have an effect or the performance of those players?? Both teams yet to find last years form just a matter of who will find it on Saturday first.
KK for me by 6 points.

Coolderry VS Shinrone. Sure to be a great entertaining game. I would call this one the deaf dog its hard to call. Both teams have had tight matches but I'm sure both have achieved their fist objective to reach the Q/Fs. With a gun to my head id go with Shinrone by 3 points.

I foresee a Ballinamere implosion if I’m being honest. Too much sh1t has happened over the last week in the club and I think Kilcormac/Killoughey are going to take full advantage. K/K by 10+

Shinrone and Coolderry I would expect to be tighter. Shinrone are currently operating at a higher level but going by the history of the 2 clubs they would want to be the 6 points better team to win by 1. And I don’t think they’ve ever beaten Coolderry in a knockout game. Saturday could be the day. Shinrone to win. Narrowly.

I think Ballinamere have a kick in them and might put kk under pressure but they have more fire power. If sam bourke takes screeney who takes Mitchell kind of scenario.
Kk by 5

The other one is tricky I think Shinrone have been great at times but their fall against Belmont shows how poor they can be.

I will go with a shinrone just.

Just once, the 1960 semi-final. Have beaten them in the group in 2000, '19, '22 and '23. And that's it. Coolderry mean a consistent vale of tears for Shinrone.

Pat Donegan. Signed out of respect for players and all involved with Offaly.

Sunday will tell if Shinrone’s trail of tears continues, or will the red jerseys advance to the semi finals.

KK destroy Ballianmere. Scoreline of 2-29 to 3-17 flatters Ballinamere who got a couple of late goals. Ballinamere didn't lay a finger on KK the whole game. KK utterly dominant and at ease. After last years final and with the whole Durrow Ballinamere debacle one would think Ballinamere would come out all guns blazing but honestly there seemed to be an attitude of surrender from very early on and some of them looked like they didn't want to be there.
Hard to see anyone beating KK. Ballinamere with 7 county starters put up very little resistance so there cant be much hope for anyone else. If Shinrone get them you'd imagine they'd at least put up some sort of fight.

Ballinamere have 5 county starters not 7.
Every other team left is arguably better than Ballinamere

Tiredness maybe, some Ballinamere hurlers play football with Durrow.

7 county stars...from what I can see they should have 3 starters the other 4 would do well to be on the panel!
