Great occasion and game, but a different game to much of what we are involved in.
Jaysus , its hard to fathom the rules anymore. Sounds like cribbing when you say it, but as Donal Og rightly said the other evening, where in the rulebook does 90% of the tackles carried out in Limerick sit?
As for Galway? We were poor against them but Lord above, how do they turn in such shite in the Leinster final??
Maybe its part of a grand plan.

Is this the same Mr.Cusack who is constantly calling for referees to ignore the fact that 95% or so of "hand passes" are in fact thrown balls?ah lethimoutwithit wrote: ↑Tue Jun 10, 2025 2:31 pm

It seems this fella wants an a la carte approach to the rulebook. Blow for some things but not for others.
Hurling is breaking down because a fundamental element of the game has been altered illegally and is now just ignored almost totally....but for 1 blow for a throw per team per match
Ignore a thrown ball,......ignore a flying elbow to the side of the head, what's the difference?
Who gets to decide which rules can and should be ignored and which are implemented?
Is it you? Is it me? Is it Mr.Cusack? Who knows?
