Tough draw
Re: Offaly minor football panel 2025
Any idea when official minor and u 20 panels are picked?
Re: Offaly minor football panel 2025
Offaly don’t release panels for any of their groups in general the list that came out originally was just for trials
But from what I heard on the football Tullamore have very low representation in only 4 on the panel which was very surprising to a lot in the club considering they have won the last 3 under 15 championships and the last 2 in 23/24 comfortably hammering most teams
Edenderry have 6 on it and haven’t featured at U 15 in the last 2 yrs the advantage of having a selector involved I suppose
By all accounts Tullamore should defo have had 1 and maybe 2 more on the panel
With 3/4 players are also been carried who haven’t trained yet due to long term injuries.
I think this is a promising group who performed well in Adam Mangan final losing to one of the 3 Galway teams entered in it.

Hearing good things coming from the camp. Minors played 3 challenge matches i’ve heard against TUD Freshers,Sligo and Galway. Beat TUD and Sligo very convincingly and drew to Galway this morning. Players like Darragh Stewart (U15 Tullamore Captain 2024) started played really well, Cian Mcnamee (Rhode) and Dylan Dunne (Clara) also impressing i’ve heard. Let’s just hope these fellas can push towards a Leinster this year.

Heard McNamee beat Sligo on his own...bodes well for the future.Tullaman wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2025 3:56 pm Hearing good things coming from the camp. Great result against a fancied Galway, 2pt free to level it with the last kick of the game too so the lads are up on the new rules!
Panel must be close to being finalised now, hope there's a good spread of clubs around the county represented

Yes. Jack Ryan. Real pressure kick in the last minute. Great keeper.
