No need for over and back. Say what you want to say and leave it at that.

Hopefully not but it's always my worry that hurling can become second in apposed to a player having a physical advantage

The last day out v Kerry was ridiculous screeny was dragged around off the ball before and after the opposition yellow card

Hurling is the game was played not some sort muscle competition

Is today Laois's first time to hurl live on TV?
Pat Donegan. Signed out of respect for players and all involved with Offaly.

"Offaly's hurling is exact and abrasive: full of assurance on the ball, devoid of fumbling and slicing and sod-busting". Kevin Cashman RIP (September 1994).

Screeney and the others would want to get used to that. That's part and parcel of senior hurling

2019 v Tipperary quarter final was on Sky.

Definitely a few league games we're on GaaGo over last few years when in Div 1, played Waterford last year and I remember watching it.

Side note - game fixed for next Saturday as double header, cork and Tyrone on at 3pm, presume hurling is after and not before but unsure..

The way laois were going I thought we were dusted we were loosing all our own ball ,

Typically off offaly backs against the wall the opportunity presents itself and they showed brilliant composure

Don't care how many wides laois will say they had its a part of the game

All the under 20s were brilliant after an all ireland final the week before

Screeney scored one of those majestic point's man marked by 2 men

Colin Spain got stuck right in

And characteristic of oisin kelly he's nearly as good of the hurl as he is with it in his hand

What a week of hurling

Great win, these lads have been briliant this year and the u20 win probably put even more pressure on them to win. 4 u20s started today and to be fair it was probably an eye opener for them.. there's a gulf but hopefully a few of the u20s will be strong enough to come through in the next couple of years and cement our place in leinster.. I'll probably be ridiculed but my heart was in my mouth for this team more than the u20s and I pucked every ball today and banged the counter when we won.. say what ye want but today is far more important than last Saturday.. and the senior lads were fantastic today, a win this Saturday far more important than last. Great day.. I look at offaly jerseys now and they are the prefect fit, I wore mine mine today from yester years and still swimming in it lol.. they just didn't fit the jerseys back in the day, maybe the hurlers did but defo not the footballers.. Great day, hon offaly

Great win. High scoring and far better than the senior final. Cathal king played well as did Dan bourke. Screeney scored a great point, he wasn't double marked and outside of that point didn't feel the weight of the ball and subbed off early in 2nd half. Vs cork will unfortunately be a bit of hammering but its up with the big boys now for 2025.

While it wasn’t the outpouring of emotion from last week this feels far more satisfying. And turning on social media on the way home to see the bitterness from certain media outlets makes it all the sweeter.

I don’t know why but even when Laois got it level with a few minutes to go I still thought we would win. Tremendous guts and character shown to dig it out. I thought the tackling and harassing of Laois was the winning of the game, Jesus they all really threw their bodies on the line. I know we’ll hear a lot about the wides Laois had but a lot of them were because our lads were making them shoot from out the field or difficult angles.

As for next week I couldn’t care less. The players have achieved their aims for the season, I’ll be there to pay homage to them for their efforts all year
