I know its the indo and all, but what a load of bullcrap.
Dublin do not hold a special place in my heart, and I'm not sure they do in many........but each year we are led to believe they are the peoples champs! That there's some sort of magical aura about them.
The only advantage of a Dublin run in the summer is to fill the GAA coffers, thats it.
What say the rest of ye?

Spot on!If you imagine that every neutral in the game was willing Westmeath to an All-Ireland semi-final last Saturday, you don't know football.
Tripe!
Absoloute gibberish! This guy has obviously taken uo his seat on the bandwagon!
What about the holding halds and going up to the hill? Now that really gets on my tits!
Another question, have Dublin won the toss for each of their games? Why hasn't any team elected to play into the Hill for the second half?

Sadly it's kind of the thing with Vincent Hogan - he doesn't really have a medium setting. It's all flowery prose and fairy tales with him, which is great fun to read when it's your own team he supports (he's delved deep into his bag of love for Offaly a few times too) but it can be a bit nauseating when it's a team like the Dubs, where supporting them would be very easy, natural even, as long as you weren't made to feel that you're supposed to.
