Bracknagh 0-10 Ballyfore 1-07 last night. Entertaining match that we led by 2 points for most of the 2nd half until Ballyfore got a spectacular goal with 5 to go. We had to get the ol last minute equaliser ourselves then......a game our lads will feel they let slip. Some terrible wides but also some massive points kicked by both teams in good conditions. We're under no illusions here that our team is struggling but there were encouraging signs last night with the forwards moving well when they got poscession and thankfully Weir was up for it last night bigtime and covered some serious ground in the 2nd half. Cooney blew a few times for this new handpass thing although I think both teams had clearly being preparing for it. Was surprised that Clonbullogue ran Raheen so close but this is now very competitive championship although the standard is admittingly not great.

John Locke i think you were at a different match. There was no fighting on our half. If i do recall Padraig Bracken punched one of our lads off the ball but he just brushed it off and got on with the game. Raheen were doing most of the pulling and dragging. Go back to wherever you came from. Well have the last laugh when we win the Intermediate Championship.

theman i dont think ye have enough of firepower to win out the championship but ye do have a strong team wit a never say die attitude and any team that will play ye this year will be taking nothing for granted . Definitely worth a semi final spot at the very least . Seen doon v rhode in durrow this evenin. Rhode won very easy. James coughlan was not playin and Doon without him looking very poor indeed. Doon got a great start wit a goal after thirty seconds but from then on it was all Rhode . Their forward line moved well and shot with great confidence. They have a strong running half back line that tried to get up the field at every opportunity. If they can keep these lads together they have a great chance at competing for the title. Doon have dropped a lot in my estimation after this game. St Rynaghs and shannonbridge tomorrow evening in Ferbane should be a cracker .

The fight is won or lost far away from the witnesses, behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road; long before I dance under those lights

How Many of " Our Lads " did you finish up with ???
Clonbulogue Inter County Champs .... as I said in my earlier comment ... Me Hole
Things Their are more Chance of Happening than the Great Clonbulogue becoming Inter Champs 2010
1.Tommy Tiernan getting through a Late Late Show Interview without saying the word " F***"
2.Roy Keane Turning Gay
3.Derek Davis winning the Tour De France on a High Nelly
