Offaly back Training

Rumour has it Offaly footbalers were back training in Gracefield on Sunday morning.

Anyone any idea on the lads that were there and if there was much of a turnout?

I'd say it's just a get together before training is banned for November & December. Probably planning gym & personal training regimes. Clara lads will be missing anyway.

More than likely it was probably the u21s with the championship starting in early February.

It happened all right, but there were as many missing as would have been present, in that Rhode, Clara, Walsh Island were all excused for definite, while I'm sure others might have been away for personal reasons as well. I believe it was about a 50/50 split between seniors and under 21s, though obviously there would be a considerable degree of overlap.
