The annual Offaly Association dinner dance will be held in the Regency Hotel in Dublin on Saturday, April 4.
The Offaly person of the year award will be presented on the night.
It should be a great night. You usually get a good sprinkling of world leaders, Offaly GAA liginds, distinguished guests and other random Offalians.

Just an update on this.
The Offaly Person of the Year award is to be jointly presented this year to the organising committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, which has been held in Tullamore for the past two years and will continue for a third year this coming August.
The festival has been a stunning success with 250,000 flocking to the town on the Fleadh weekend last year with the event worth an estimated €30 million to the local economy.
The quintet which includes Attracta Brady (chair-person), Tom Bourke (Vice-chairperson), Mary Berry (secretary), Karen O'Grady (PRO) and Louis O'Dwyer (treasurer).
