1.DO WE HAVE THE PLAYERS THAT WANT 2 PLAY
2.HAVE WE A PROPER MANAGER(ONE THAT PLAYERS MIGHT LIKE)
3.ARE WE GOOD ENOUGH 2 WIN (ANYTHING)
4.DO THE COUNTY BOARD HAVE THE MONEY 2 SPEND ON THE TEAM

well for all the above i would say a big "NO"would we as a county not be better on looking at the so called young pretenders..
Lets get Tom Coffey and Phill O Reilly in for 5 years and start at the begining (the 2 minor coaches 2/3years ago and very good friends)lets pick the people that no the running of offaly football over the last 20 years r more...thses boys dont need 2 ave trials cause they already no who's who...we dont need 80lads runing up croghan hill every december 2 find 25 good ones...

Alot of lads on that panel are nowhere near county standard. Richie and his selectors dont seem to have a clue.

The management team should be Phil Reilly, Tom Coffey and Finbarr Cullen. That would be my management line up. These are well respected former players who know the game very well, and also know the players in this county very well. Get them in, build their panel and give them a 3 year term to work with.

Their is potential in the county, whats lacking is attitude and preparation.
