I believe there are some new rules being introduced this year. Anyone have any details about them?

They are going through the phases at the moment but the new rules wont be in place until 2009.
The ticking system will be got rid of and a player will be sin binned for the remainder of the game but a sub can take his place. Unless he gets a straight red card.
Pity it wont be in for this years league. 2009 is a long time away!
