Rule 7.2 (b) stood out to me, regarding exceptions to team gradings:
'If a club loses the relegation final of a particular grade and has a team at the next lower level, no relegation will take place from the higher grade for that year only'.

As an example, that would mean that even if St Rynaghs ...

Could someone post the format of this championship?
Is it the same as last year, losers of round 2 exit the championship?
If this is the case some big hitters are out early.
Serious lack of understanding of how this format is being ran.

If he was fit & available, in my opinion he'd be involved and I'd have him in at no.6 no doubt.

Whatever the case you should never be rewarded for losing.
If you lose 1st game you must be paired off against a winner of the 1st round or at least made play another fixture to earn the right to get back into the championship.
