Was just wondering how are the minors lookin this year?? I heard they went well in the all ireland u16, reaching the semi and narrowly going down to eventual winners wexford! Haven't heard much about this bunch since! Is this false hope or have we a few johnny dooleys on the way? :lol: :lol: :lol ...

yea think there a good enough bunch. wexford first up though it will be really though. they are offalys best chance of silverware this year.. few nice hurlers in there from clareen and coolderry.. then you would have a few of the all ireland winning banagher team on it.. i know we have a few ...

Not going well by all accounts. Seemingly no sign of a settled team, players completley unaware of where they will be picked and absolutley destroyed by Clare in Scariff last week. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!!!

i feel the players gave it there all and it was the management who lost it for us.. as an onlooker i couldnt understand what the idea of putting two backs on.. we were chasing the game in extra time and the management decide to put on young waters and quinlan.. i couldnt see the reason behind this ...

i agree with birr, tullamore and coolderry there but i wouldnt agree with clareen...they have to many young players and aren't experienced enough. apart from joe bergin who has his days they don't have any other too class players....i think young eanna murphy is overrated i haven't seen him play ...
