Its very disappointing to hear Kellaghan is not in with Offaly.
A fine player, has size and pucks of football. He had a very good championship also.
I dont understand this tbh.

Re: Offaly Club Hurling Championship 2025
confirm if Cillian Farrell won a junior title with Edenderry while being an all ireland senior hurling medalist. Sean Og Farrell would have won an all Ireland while hurling junior too.
He did indeed. Captained Edenderry to that Junior A Title in the 1998 victory over Tullamore a couple of months ...

Ferbane won a terrific game of football.
They had a score awarded to them that was incorrect on the field of play. Mistakes happen.
Shamrocks were well up near the end of the game and blew the head gasket in not holding on. Mistakes happen.
No offence to anyone on here from Shamrocks-a very good ...

The men who have lived in darkness have seen a great light: those who have lived in the darkness of the bog. Sam Maguire sitting on the sideboard is no longer a mirage but a reality. Tonight in the home county the tar barrels are burning, the bonfires are crackling, the beer barrels are rolling ...

Re: Offaly u20 Footballers 2025
I wont lump in on players or management as it is an amateur sport.
However, criticism is warranted based on last weeks outing. Keeping in mind that Westmeath wont win the Leinster i felt that the Offaly team as prepared and selected were poorly served.
There are things that you can do tactically ...

A fully fit and firing Rhode senior team (even with its high age profile)would beat London.
Players downing tools in a fashion like today, does not bode well.
The manager is irrelevant in that situation today.
It’s the worst result in Offaly Senior footballers history?

Not trueDidn’t Edenderry basically ban anyone playing anoy other sports this season if they wanted to play senior football? Ridiculous if true.

he's an elite stopper at the heart of the defence, the type of guy you build a team around.

Brilliant Stats and Facts there POTH.
Its not rocket science and the old Irish saying comes to mind , 'Mol an Óige agus tiocfaidh sí'
The foundations were laid in the 50's and 60's for what happened in the early 70's.

The man running for Vice Chairman is being championed as a great strategist with huge experience of strategic plans. Well the Edenderry development plan 2010-2015 failed to stop hurling becoming extinct in the town after a proud 100 year history.

This 'bring the hurling back to birr' idea is old news and a waste of energy. BNM O'Connor Park is the county ground, and the HQ for Offaly GAA.
