Re: Horan update
Wouldn't want to mess it up too much after the performance saturday. I'd prefer to leave Hannify midfield cos its the best i've seen him play in a while and i'm not sure would Rigney be able to cope with the physicality of it all. What are the other options? Watkins, Hernon maybe?

Re: Cork vs Galway
Too many unanswered questions about both teams for me to get oof the fence..whats new!
I think the two Cannings are a huge addition to Galway obviously enough and if Ollie is to take Joe Deane it should be a hum-dinger of a battle. As for Joe, surely Diarmuid O'Sullivan wont be the man for that job ...

Re: Horan update
Offaly wing back Diarmuid Horan is almost certainly out of Saturday's other hurling qualifier against Waterford, also in Thurles. The St Rynagh's clubman was carried off with six minutes remaining against Limerick in last Saturday's surprise victory at the Gaelic Grounds.

Re: Tickets for Saturday
true that - there's no way the cork gits will be in til 5 mins before throw-in for their own game. Still though i'd say waterford will bring a big crowd and galway too. You'd want to be in early - can't be missing another explosive start by our lads!!

Re: Sunshine supporters
I was there in the terrace behind the goal and we reckoned that in the group of 6 of us there we made up half of the Offaly support in that end. Wasn't embarrassed though - too shocked/shitting myself for emabarrassment to get a look in!!

Re: OFFALY V KILKENNY.
The losers of one of the Munster semi's - either Cork or the losers of Clare v Limerick next Sunday. All will be revealed then. Either way choppy waters lie ahead!

Re: Damning Sunday Tribune Article
Surely he'll have to soften his resolve at some point and reason with the players. Otherwise there'll be no players left for the qualifier (notice the singular!). It'll be down to us!!

Re: Damning Sunday Tribune Article
Looks like it alright. Seems like no matter what they do now, the management team have lost the support of the dressing room (if they ever had it) and there's only one option from there. Major problem is the availability of a successor...nobody springs to mind with a track record worth talking about

Re: OFFALY V KILKENNY.
Yeah surely avoiding Cork is the major prayer to be sayin at the moment and Clare will have their tails up after the Waterford match. Still, we took a fair beating off Limerick last couple of times. Doesn't look good. On the upshot though, if the backs play that well against any other team in the ...

Re: OFFALY V KILKENNY.
Ref was abysmal yesterday, and while we all know we would have gone on to lose the game eventually it's tough to take some of those frees in the first half.
Overall can't have any complaints about the backs (maybe Brady looked a bit sluggish but was ok) but thats where the joy ends. Mahon was ok ...
