I'm writing this on my for the Wicklow London game
I'm not going to say anymore but arguing
About forwards that would not scare
Is futile
Take care
Hopefully next week
We ...

Re: Offaly Hurling 2026

Really feel we can get something out of this game with a strong lineup out.

Would like to see a consistent performance across the 70 minutes for starters. Need to see a couple of goals too.

Excited to see the stability Sampson brings to centre back and brilliant to see Shirley in his best ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

Just reading back over recent posts, couple of things spring to mind.

Firstly, there are majorly polarising views from those who want rid of management yesterday to likes of Snotser who can only see player depth as the issues. The real truth always lies somewhere in the middle.

My first concern ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

snotser has a pal here 🤣 clare for example are what 20 or 21st county in ireland per population. Hurling all ireland champs 2 year back, munster final in the football last year but that don't count I guess, but I guess your theory is right. London would have a much bigger population than offaly ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

The fact is that there is a direct link between numbers and ranking of a county with the exceprions if Monaghan and roscommon, maybe cavan.. factoring in that those teams have absolutly no hurling can you explain how or why we should or could be a complete exception to the general rule? Because we ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

I think personally we are coming to the end of a stable period of Offaly football
Injuries aside I don't think we would have won any of the games we have played so far
The style of play isn't suiting any player from what I have seen
The management have to take responsibility for that
I fear ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

Thomas, Why are so many lads injured? It's common knowledge around the county at this stage that the team was flogged against previous S&C and Physio advice. So much so that the footballers had to get another physio becasue Chris Combs wouldn't work under Deck & Mickey flogging lads and they ...

Re: Offaly Senior Football 2026

I'm fully convinced Snotser123 is a burner account for Declan Kelly at this stage.

I dont think he is but he's certainly not me.. but he is at least realstic about us as a county.. the notions some of the lads on here are mad.. what is it you are expecting this year considering the number of ...

Interesting topic.. i think with the hurlers it was a period around 1998 to 2000 despite an all ireland win a a seperate appearance, the team had become so inconsistent and the big beatings from killenny started and we stumbled through a quarter final against Derry

Snotser / Thomas Mc / Joey / however many burner accounts you want to create.

You'll defend the management team to the death. We get it.

Please stop making up fake strawman arguments that people haven't even put forward. Someone makes a valid criticism and you're on immediately with a flurry of ...
