Re: Club Managers 2024
This is a thread about club managers and Ballinamere got a new one so obviously it’s going to be mentioned here. Not sure why it has angered some here but if ye want a thread to give out about Ballinamere make one and
do it there. I too am fed up of the talk about how great or how not great they ...

Re: Club Managers 2024
If true, Coleman is with westmeath so although possible, very hard to work both and get the results you need. Treacy is very good but is known more as a coach than manager. With kildangan for a long time as a coach.
I think Sean Treacy is from Portumna, a former Galway hurler, and he was ...

Re: Offaly Club Hurling Championship 2025
It's 18 days since Tullamore beat Seir Kieran. Do keep up.
And given that Tullamore have roughly 40 times Clareen's population, a run rate of a win roughly every 25 years isn't hectic.
And hey - never, ever write off Coolderry!
How many years since Tullamore last beat Seir Kieran? I remember ...

Re: Club football 2025
Saturday week has the makings of a great double header in Ferbane vs Edenderry and Tullamore vs Shamrocks. You'd probably fancy Tullamore and Edenderry but it should tell us a lot more about shamrocks in particular.

Re: Offaly Senior A Hurling Championship 2024
Belmont entered 2022's Senior semi-final on the back of four straight wins. Since losing that semi-final, they've won just once in six games, that a 1-18 to 1-16 win over Clareen in last year's first round. Granted they missed Oisín Kelly for the entirety of last year, but they were without him ...

Re: Club Football
With Shamrocks winning tonight it would take a remarkable set of results (from Durrow in particular) to stop at least 1 match up of the big 4 in the Q-Finals. So one of Tullamore, Rhode, Edenderry and Ferbane won’t make this year’s county semi-finals. It will be more than likely the loser of ...

Re: Offaly Senior A Hurling Championship 2024
To be honest I thought ballinamere left it behind, moving Duignan full forward and hitting the high ball up caused birr problems. He had a half chance a few minutes before his goal. The goal just before halftime brought birr back into it and changed the game completely I thought.
There was only ...
