What a display of golf over the weekend and diplomacy thrown into it.
Sure the way he is going he may take the step into politics, be a sight better than the currrent Clara man out in Europe!

Some weekend of PR for "Brand Lowry" anyway, and fair dues, Glenisk got some profile with all the Offaly ...

jaysus, off the back of the best championship in years and go tinkering again...bizarre

I'd be fairly sure there is another coach in working with Nigel. Also, I guess at his age he may be managing how much he does to be right for games and no harm in that. So he may not be part of all the sessions.

I don't know the chap that well, but from the response here, its no wonder lads would ...

I would argue jealously has slipped into the minds of people since Dunne has rightly been added to offaly role and its quite amusing to see people who feel their pals should be in jobs talk sh1te

Hitting the nail on the head here - where was all this hate before Nigel was picked as a ...

Agree with sentiment in above post...
Too many thougts posted in whats app are allowed to sit in groups, have had to pull people up on some cr\zy stuff put into committee groups. And if thats not bad enough , the urge to share it is twice as bad.

Lads mad for gossip, worse than Coronation street ...

Hard to credit some of the negativity.
Its like everything these days, too many unrealistic expectations.

I just want to extend a welcome to the manager and his team, current and incoming. Wish them all the very best and hopefully our best players make themselves available and are ready and able to ...

if offaly are to progress to a leinster hurling final in the next few years you will see a different team they are young. and in fairness they met a cork team who have hurl in 3 all irelands in 4 years and could make it 4 later on. what drove me mad on sunday in the stands were supporters from ...

Anyway, tis as good a draw as we could hope for.
Wicklow ran Limerick to 5 last year, and Limerick should have won it.
If heads are right and we play the %'s we should be good enough to win, but any complacency and we'll be in bother.

Very composed display on SAt, mistakes alright but no panic ...

They butchered Flynn's operation. We won't be seeing him unfortunately.

Won't be seeing the other 2 either, although they could feature for their clubs later on.

You're some beaut Faithfully, no business putting up a comment like that on an amateur player. Cop the fuck on...Jeez

The ...

Great win yday.

Any updates on Flynn, Furlong or Dunican?
I thought they would be expected back by now.
Are they still out/still with panel/focussing on being ready for clubs?

We should fear them cause we have no devine right to beat anyone and without the heads right we wont win.
Plus almost every time i can recall us resembling favourites we turn it into a dog fight.

No hassle with tickets for this one anyway!

What do people think of the refereeing yesterday?

For me it was amusing as a mainly football man to see the ref in the Munster final generally castigated for implementing the rules. Also I've listened to a couple of serious discussions about the state of hurling and most of the hurling royalty don ...

I would say its a good move. In fairness, they have progressed the lads this far and now harm to use the next few months together to bring on to the level required for minor.

Ginger and Keith will no doubt have other gigs coming their way and would be good to have guys that are happy to rotate up ...

On the button again LS. Management will be looking at this game in the same way that you are.
Wexford best us down there a few years ago under John Maughan, and hammered us in Tulamore after that (not sure if that year also). This is where the real pressure kicks in now as there is no safety net.
I ...

Have to agree on the situation with Cian Johnson. A forward has to be able to stop kick outs and defenders getting out easily. Of course as an attacker he is a threat, but he needs to be able to do that aspect of the game too.
Without that you get over run the other end. are all the rest of our ...
